Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 11, 2026

1. Digital Products & Online Courses

All digital products, training programs, and downloadable materials are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase.

Because access to digital content is granted instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

If a technical issue prevents access, customers must notify us within 3 business days of purchase for resolution assistance.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to complete coursework

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Lack of usage

  • Business performance outcomes

2. Membership Programs & Subscriptions

Membership fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once billed.

Members may cancel future billing at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellations stop future charges but do not generate refunds for prior payments.

3. School Licensing & Institutional Agreements

B2B licensing agreements are governed by written contracts and invoicing terms.

Payments made toward licensing, pilot programs, or institutional access are non-refundable once access credentials or onboarding materials have been issued.

Pilot credits (if applicable) are applied toward upgraded agreements as outlined in the contract.

4. Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to:

  • Contact Digital Money Maker LLC directly at digitalmoneymaker6@gmail.com prior to initiating any chargeback.

  • Allow a reasonable resolution window.

We maintain transaction logs, IP address records, login activity, download confirmations, onboarding timestamps, email communications, and access history to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving access to digital materials may result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Revocation of course access

  • Collection efforts where legally permitted

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within 7 days of the charge date.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns professionally and promptly.
